My daughter was assessed back in 2021. The assessment was thorough, and indicated clear difficulties, BUT no diagnoses were made. I was gobsmacked. I am a clin psych, so familiar with the assessments and how to interpret. Fast forward to 2025, my daughter was still struggling. We went to a child psychiatrist, who looked at the RTB report, was amazed at why no diagnoses were given. Amazing experience with Winky, she did a very thorough assessment of our son including the parents, teachers and himself. Provided us with the official assessment paperwork and diagnosis that will help us get the help he needs. Amazing experience all round- thanks team
Jasmin has been amazing throughout my daughter’s assessment. She was also considerate of our situation and explained the options. The private fees are obviously a lot for a some families, however the report you receive is thorough and will give our daughter the best chance to succeed - it’s worth it!

The therapist my daughter saw was lovely, but the management/finance team have been horrendous. My daughter missed an appointment because of an incident beyond our control. I paid the appointment fee in full and explained the situation. Even though I stated I can no longer afford for my daughter to see the therapist as we are facing homelessness and have just left a relationship quickly there was no compassion.
