We had such a wonderful experience with Kathleen my son’s psychologist throughout his cognitive assessment. She was incredibly warm, responsive and supportive from start to finish, and made the whole process feel calm and positive for both my son and our family. My daughter was assessed back in 2021. The assessment was thorough, and indicated clear difficulties, BUT no diagnoses were made. I was gobsmacked. I am a clin psych, so familiar with the assessments and how to interpret. Fast forward to 2025, my daughter was still struggling. We went to a child psychiatrist, who looked at the RTB report, was amazed at why no diagnoses were given. Amazing experience with Winky, she did a very thorough assessment of our son including the parents, teachers and himself. Provided us with the official assessment paperwork and diagnosis that will help us get the help he needs. Amazing experience all round- thanks team
Jasmin has been amazing throughout my daughter’s assessment. She was also considerate of our situation and explained the options. The private fees are obviously a lot for a some families, however the report you receive is thorough and will give our daughter the best chance to succeed - it’s worth it!
