Changing my review and score -- For transparency, the original review was regarding multiple payments taken from our accounts well after the cancellation. I tried reaching out to the gym first but my call was missed, so I started a dispute process with my bank. To my surprise, Heather contacted me back directly an hour or so later and immediately started the refund process for both accounts. She was very understanding and polite the whole time. Stay as far away from this place as possible. I’ll start with the quality of the gym before giving my personal story. This gym is mediocre to say the least. It’s an open gym so for one there is not air conditioning. The equipment is outdated and is constantly breaking and take a long time to get fixed. Their layout is not convenient and isn’t logical, they rearrange the gym constantly and it’s annoying.
