RTB has been a life saver in numerous ways for me. The community and atmosphere of the place is welcoming and positive. The people (both the coaches and members) are helpful, fun, and encouraging. A great place to be to work on yourself both mentally and physically. Highly recommend!
Great workouts. New workouts every 6 weeks. Challenging to your ability level. Great workout to help prevent osteoporosis! 😊🏋️♀️
