Morgan and Ray are great trainers and they know whatthey're talkingabout, and listen to what you want. All the members are great people. The atmosphere is motivating. I love the group workouts. This is no cookie cutterbs! Proven results! Everyone is encouraging & there to better themselves. I have tried other gyms & while I may have lost a little weight, it never stuck.
