Do NOT sell with them! I have used GCX aka "Raise" since 2018 and had no issues until now. I listed a $25 gift card on March 28th and it takes days for it to be "live". Okay, that's fine. But when it sold on March 30th, it said funds would be available April 1st. Cool, two days to wait I guess. Nope! April 1st, 2025 they implemented a new selling tier which means unless you sell $20,000 A QUARTER(!) you have to wait 14 days after the sale for the funds to be available for payout. This company is a scam. I purchased Buca gift cards from them that didn't work and they refused to give me my money back.
Although I've saved a lot of money using the discounted cards, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND using this company's app. When you do get a problem (14 times in 8 to 10 years) the customer service is all done with chatbots and faceless, voiceless employees who make you jump thru hoops to try and get your problem resolved.
Trying to steal our Google Business accounts by sending Master Service Agreements right when the Google billing update is rolling out. Absolute scam of a company.
I was hacked by your company thinking I was talking to a ROKU representative. I authorized a small payment and you took much more from my checking account i.e. $500 gift cards from Walgeens and 3 other fraudulent charges. Now I am out money to pay bills and fighting with my bank to get this back.
