Toxic for volunteers. Claim to care about inclusion & neurodiversity, but do not demonstrate this in reality. Program trainers bully volunteers & it's like being back at high school with teachers accusing you of stupid things that shouldn't be relevant in an adult Setting, especially in volunteer "training" sessions over zoom, which is not real education, zero normal flexibility, they expect more In an online refresher "course" for a volunteer than is expected in an online class for a university degree!
