The staff at the front desk was very nice, and friendly, while still being professional! I appreciate that because it made me feel comfortable! Dr. Ghost was kind, friendly, and caring. It was my first visit with her, and I like her.
I had a very negative visit Dr. GHOSH. I am a diabetic and also have a Adrenal Disorder and have had Thyroid surgery and take medication for all. Dr Ghosh would only treat me for my Diabetes. She changed my medication without blood tests and would not check my thyroid when I was having neck pain and my neck was swollen. My prescriptions were written wrong and I had to see my other doctor to have it corrected. Dr Ghosh was very cold and uncaring. I will never return.
The doctor could be a little bit friendlier.
There is Noone else that I trust to take care of me and my family more than Bon Secours. As a caregiver, when I brought my sweet mom in,they gave what felt like white glove service to both of us. I felt heard and respected which led to the best outcomes. They will be my FIRST choice for care when needed. Thank you for seeing and hearing me.
