Long story short: 1. This dealership puts a LoJack on all new and used cars, and they make you pay for it ($798). They tell you they won't take the device off from the car nor will they waive the cost. You have to argue and argue and argue with them (of course it takes lots of time), they will eventually remove the LoJack and eliminate the fee. 2. They tell you it is a certified car (CPO) in every way before you go there, while you test drive the car, and show you a 'certified pre-owned vehicle checklist' when you are asking... read more

Still having to pay to fix the repairs done at ******* Subaru of Auburn 3 years later. This is truly a never ending nightmare. Over the course of a few short months, they convinced me I needed nearly $5k in repairs. Shortly after, I was having issues with the car and trying to resolve it after I moved away. I bought my car and on the drive home noticed something wrong. I was told they would pay for new tires or brake pads, but not both (meaning they knew both were bad). A few months after I went to use my horn and there wasn't one. The Attorney General helped me get most of that expense back. Now I got help from another dealership because my Bluetooth doesn't work. I traded in a vehicle on 5/3/2023 and it is now 6/15/2023 and it has not been paid off. The first check was mailed to the wrong lender. I only found out when I got a call from the lender asking why my payment was late. I reached out to speak with their sales manager at ********* to assist. This gentleman I was put in contact with assured me new check was mailed and when I called back a week later he said it was cashed on 6/1/2023. I checked with the lender again a few days later and they have no record of the check arriving.... read more

they sold me a car with really old tires. **** said they did an inspection but they obviously didnt. they could have told me they were in bad shape and i would have gotten them fixed.,but i have to be stuck on the side of a road in unincorporated parts. i had a low out and i could have been very badly hurt. or is something happened while i was waiting for roadside nobody would have known. and i call to let them know and to see what i can do about it and theyre very rude and couldnt care less. just repeating all sales are fin... read more

Best car dealer and service department I have ever worked with... I bought a Forester from them in 2000 over the web. Fair pricing, nice people. I have gone to them for service on the Forester for 6 years. I drive over to Auburn to go to the service department (from Bellevue), because they do such a competent job at a fair price. No hassles, no hot air, no broken promises. They are just the best!!!Thanks Auburn Subaru! Keep it up!- Martha L.
