Great service this visit. Went in for an oil change after a long shift & they had me out in an hour! Paid full price & got home after the fact & seen they happened to be running a deal on a $99 oil change this month so that was an unfortunate discovery after the fact but totally my own fault🥹🤣🤌
Have been here a few times and service is inconsistent. One of the time I brought my jeep in for routine oil change and tire rotation. Service took over 2 hours with an appointment. They did not rotate the tires- but documented they did. This recent visit was for a recall. On arrival for my appointment, I was initially ignored by the service desk employees. Lindsey at the front desk was great! Service on my ram 1500 was done well and on time.
I brought my Ram dually to Rairdon Ram for an oil change and tire rotation. As someone who has been around long enough to know that mistakes can happen, I marked my tires beforehand so I could verify that the rotation was completed. When I checked in, I was very clear with Noah, the service advisor, that I was paying for both an oil change and a tire rotation. The work order also reflected those services.
