Derek was very helpful and courteous through the whole process of getting my chrysler 300 fixed. Would recommend
Dropped off my vehicle for diagnostics where I was very clearly told that if the failure was down to a known recall I wouldn't be charged. Received a call several hours later to be told that the failure was indeed the known HCU pump issue. Next came that new management had changed their minds and I was now being charged $190 ( included a $30 reduction as a gesture of good will! ). Consumers have choices and ill exercise mine by going elsewhere next time. Shame as my previous experiences here have been positive but maybe new ... read more
