Great service today. Sage represented the service center well. Super easy to get though the intake process and was kept informed during the service. I appreciate the attention to detail as well as the coffee machine!
John was very polite and very knowledgeable of my needs for my vehicle and handled himself friendly and professionally I look forward to future business with Mr Nesmith
I recently purchased a Jeep Compass from Jeep Of Kirkland and right away had unexpected issues with it, I've been dealing with Jose in the service department and not only has he been able to tend with my car problems but also work with management in making things right, like reducing my cost by eliminateing the labor cost which was huge and a discount in parts. Jose has gone beyond and above expectations and look forward dealing with him in the future
