Great service and a great customer service experience.
The service staff is unhelpful and apathetic to customers. I mentioned about a Mopar coupon and they were like we don’t know what that website is - really? Chrysler Jeep dealership doesn’t know what Mopar is? Then they said only their website has any coupons. I ultimately came back and showed them the coupon on Mopar website, and they agreed it was a valid coupon. I feel they forget that I am a regular customer of their dealership and giving me a run around like this will only make me avoid them and ask my friends to do the ... read more
