NOT impressed. I messaged Joshua K. before traveling across the state for an Explorer that appeared to be a great deal. When we got there and took it on a test drive, we only made it about 200 ft. out of the lot before the vehicle started whistling very high-pitched and very loudly. Also, while on the test drive, the wiper blades fell off. Joshua tried to reattach them, but after several minutes had to grab someone else. Disclaimer, I did not buy a vehicle. This was a good experience. The sales team I interacted with was professional and were not pushy at all. A breath of fresh air when doing car shopping.
Was strung along on the purchase of a car only to be told that there was body damage and they weren’t sure if they could sell it to me at the price they had listed and this was AFTER they ran my credit. Very disappointed, I can’t in good conscious recommend this auto dealership.
