Staff were very helpful, friendly, and transparent about pricing. Oksana and Felipe both helped to show cars and explain the purchase process at Rairdon. The manager, Josh, went out of his way to show us cars that matched our needs and price range. Ended up purchasing elsewhere but would keep Rairdon in mind if I was ever in the market for a used car in the future.
Im giving it 2 stars and not 1 because the gentleman that worked with us was very kind and wasnt pushy or sleezy at all... Unfortunately for us though the car we bought not only had 4 tires with all different levels of PSI ranging from 5 to high to 17 to low, in fact 1 of the tires we now know has a slow leak and will need to be replaced! On top of that after driving the car for more than 15 mins a strong burnt oil smell is almost overwhelming... considering the car has only 66 thousand miles on it I think its obvious why so... read more
The man with dreadlocks was unprofessional and unwelcoming. He stayed on his phone the entire time and didn’t properly show us the cars. Overall, the customer service was very poor. He also refused to let us speak with the manager
Oh my gosh, Oksana and her manager Simon are amazing people so so so great. I walked in not 100% sure I was gonna walk out with a vehicle but I ended up doing so. I came in 20 minutes before closing and they treated me like I was the first customer of the day. If I was made of money I would definitely purchase another car here but I’m keeping this one until the wheels fall off, hopefully not for the next 10-15 years. Thanks again you two!
I had an excellent experience buying a used vehicle at this dealership.
