Horrible, they gave me a car without AC, the tires were almost flat and could’ve harmed me and my family, my daughter couldn’t even breath correctly and we had to go to the hospital, i cant even get a refund! Worse, they didn’t even tell us any of the issues the car had when we bought it, and they’re trying to make US pay more!
Elijah was great as was the manager at this dealership. The process was smooth and easy to sell a car to them. Highly recommend!
Oh my gosh, Oksana and her manager Simon are amazing people so so so great. I walked in not 100% sure I was gonna walk out with a vehicle but I ended up doing so. I came in 20 minutes before closing and they treated me like I was the first customer of the day. If I was made of money I would definitely purchase another car here but I’m keeping this one until the wheels fall off, hopefully not for the next 10-15 years. Thanks again you two! Serious safety failure and zero accountability- I purchased a used 2019 Toyota Tacoma from Rairdon’s Auto Outlet about three months ago. Last week, the brakes failed at 60 mph with my wife driving. Thankfully she was able to get to the shoulder of the freeway and wasn’t hurt. We had the truck towed, and an independent mechanic told us the issue traced back to an error in a prior brake service from before I purchased the truck. This place is a scam they add another 4,000$ for a extended warranty that will expire before you even use it and they pressure you into making it seems like it’s a right decision saying Fresno changes for 5 years when that was an additional 800 on the loan not trustworthy people
