s extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the service I received from Rardon of Kirkland. It was so bad that I felt like I had to go and rescue my Grand Cherokee before the technicians and service managers did any further damage or caused other error codes to come up. Bottom line is I went in for a small oil leak which was most likely caused by the oil filter/cooler unit.
