This place is terrible if u have a loved one. Your better off leaving them in the backyard and looking out the window every once and awhile. As that will provide more than rainy crest. This place allows stealing of their clients. And worse if all abuse. My over 100 year old grandmother was abused in their care to the point of facial brusing. And all they had to say what it wasn't our staff. Even if it's not a staff member protect the elderly. And if other clients are abusing others stop them. If i could post the pics of thei... read more
Rainycrest has an amazing team of people working at this place. Very kind, helpful, and respectful. The facility is a bit older and could use an update but has been well kept in general. Lots of activities for the residents to do and great outdoor sitting areas.
A bit short staffed, which is only to be expected at this point (sadly). Staff were helpful and courteous. It's the only place of its type in the near area and FF is fortunate to have it.
