This is truly a hospital to go to only on an emergency situation, after you have exhausted all other possibilities. You should not have to go into a hospital and tell them what to do, they are the professionals getting paid to tell me what they are going to do. Also 3 different people and 3 different answers, they all work in the same building so why the different answers? There is nothing urgent about urgent care.
