I had to renew my 2 year lease. Rent went up 700 DOLLARS for an OLD townhouse
Awful management once you sign don't expect them to be on your side. Don't make the same mistake as me. Look elsewhere
I lived there for almost 3 years took care of the unit anytime I had an issue I reported they came out quick. My problem came once I move they ignored my calls messages & emails regarding my security deposit very unprofessional until 3 months later they finally mailed it taking all but a hundred dollars for damages I know I didn’t do. So anybody renting from anyone of course take of the place but when you move stay through your deposit or you will get messed over like me.
