I found the sales and after sales very poor. The right rear tyre looses pressure every time I drive on a Motorway but because they couldn't 'see' the leak they wouldn't replace it despite having to replace the two front tyres before I bought it. Will never be dealing with them again for sales or service. Really disappointing considering other reviews.
Barry was an absolute pleasure to deal with from the very beginning. This is my second remote order Hyper Green vRS ŠKODA from Rainworth ŠKODA but the first time dealing with Barry. From the outset he was very helpful with nothing being too much trouble running different options and prices. My 2nd car from Sheffield Skoda, the customer service is just spot on. Everyone is lovely but especially Barry - He made my car buying experience so so easy. Barry took me through all the options and helped me picked the right spec for me! Managed to secure one for me within a few weeks. Would recommend buying from here to anyone.
