I can’t recommend this pool company enough I contacted Max to help me remove water from my pool it was raining and I was scared it was going to over flow, I wasn’t able to fit the hose properly (due to me having a bad wrist) to drain the water. Max told me he would come around and help me. He was there in 5 minutes drained my pool. Did this all in the rain with a smile on his face. Thank you Max for helping me. You a truly a great worker and Rainwise is lucky to have a great man like you helping all of us with our pools.
We recently had our pool installed by Rainwise in march 2025. We didn’t realise how much goes into putting in a new pool however Rainwise were fantastic and walked us through all of it. Understandably there were issues we encountered during the install but Rainwise were on top of it, communicated everything to us.. couldn’t have asked for a better company to install our pool! Rainwise Pools did an amazing job installing a 5-meter fiberglass pool in our modest-sized backyard. From the initial consultation through to excavation, installation, and handover, everything went smoothly. Troy, Rory, and the team were fantastic to deal with—professional, efficient, and friendly throughout the whole process. We're very happy with the result and highly recommend them!
