We couldn’t be happier with our pool build. Rory the builder and team did a fantastic job and was so engaging with our 4-year-old—letting him sit on the digger absolutely made his day! The whole team has been very helpful, especially with water testing. Exceptional service from Max, who we can message anytime with questions. He’s always responsive and so easy to deal with. Highly recommend!
The staff at Rainwise Coburg are awesome. They are all very knowledgeable, give excellent advice on all matters to do with pools and so it with a friendly attitude and smile. I would not go anywhere else.
We installed our pool with Rainwise Pools in December 2024 and couldn’t be happier with the result. Despite delays caused by our builder Porter Davis going under, Rainwise was very accommodating with the timeline and handled everything professionally with a slight price adjustment. I had previously posted a less than flattering review. Rainwise have responded calling me personally offering a full apology. Their response and resulting corrective action (Including several follow up customer service calls) has been excellent and therefore I have reviewed and withdrawn my previous comments. In my view it is not a mistake that is the measure of a good company but what they do to fix it one a problem occurs. I'm now impressed and I look forward to a continuing service relationship.
