Rainwise provided us with a lovely fibreglass pool and really good service. The pool shell was ordered and installed within an impressive amount of time. The Rainwise team gave us mostly sound advice that led to us getting the pool we wanted, that suited our new build house and met our needs. We were also provided with good advice regarding the heater and filtration system, and when we decided we needed to move the location of the pool services, Rainwise completed the required changes to the pipe work with minimum bother. I could not have been happier with the service I received or with the quality of my spa and sauna. Max assisted me make decisions on what was best for me without any pressure. He was great to deal with throughout the process, never tiring of my stupid questions. So happy with everything and would absolutely recommend them.
From Complaint to Threats and Intimidation We chose Rainwise Pools because we wanted one company to manage our entire pool project from installation through to paving and frameless glass fencing. The communication during the sales process was excellent, but once the contract was signed and payments commenced, the level of service declined significantly. Edit: If you’re one of the people being asked to leave a google review just now read the bad ones first. Disgraceful conduct by the directors refusing to fix our problems but happy to chase up reviews to try and push down bad ones. I make note as the issue is ongoing by the email attached by one of the directors they even go into doing creepy back ground checks on you! Then cry wolf and threaten the Police.
