The former RainWell Irrigation is no longer located at 6402 Pinewood Ct. Katy, TX, 77493. The company was sold to Smarter Sprinklers at the end of 2013. They are located in Houston now.
I had used Rainwell a few years back and the service was good. When a new problem crept up I rang them first. The 1st appointment was missed, no problem that happens. We reschedule for the next day 10-12. No one shows up again. No call. Just more wasted time for me. I don't understand why you would overbook and then not have the courtesy to call.
