Miserable, condescending, and useless customer service here. Furthermore, you can buy or assemble what they sell for far cheaper on your own or by buying literally anywhere else but here. I was prepared to spend up to $10k with this company, but the rotten customer service I received sent me elsewhere.

I had the opportunity to work with rainwater management solutions. Alicia specifically has been super helpful. All I have to do was talk to her about what I wanted and she made the magic happen. So easy to work with and so friendly. I can't say enough good. So happy to work with rainwater management solutions

When it comes to customer service and customer support, the RMS team was amazing! I had a product that failed just after the warranty ended. The MFG was contacted and they simply stuck to policy without any thought and denied the warranty. The product failure was very unusual and shouldn’t have happened, so Jeff gathered his team to discuss the matter. It is not possible compliment RMS more enthusiastically. Friendly and prompt service from from front office; incredible competent on-site service by equally friendly technicians. I have worked with this company for nearly five years and have never been disappointed.
