Completely a joke. Constantly rude when you call. Never a nice visit. Thank goodness I don't have to go in office anymore. I'll gladly pay omni direct before I give you people in that office the time of day. I will continue to try to find owner. And hope something is resolved. Considering the office NEVER answers the phones either. The front lady desk need to be reminded what it's like to be treated with disrespect.
