He told my brother that no matter if you have proof of someone cheating ,pictures, or whatever , he will still side with the woman and so would the judge. So, just a normal crooked lawyer. Trust that these corrupt judges and lawyers in and around Cordele Georgia, including law enforcement are dishing out good Ole boy justice. Stay safe out there.
If Benjamin Wright is representing the other party in your case becareful. He bullies people into signing orders that aren't what was discussed! It's been almost 2 years since I've seen my son that he helped take away! He completely lied in his emails to me and allows his client to be in contempt with no repercussions. I filed a complaint with the bar on him. He's sneaky and lies, lies, lies.
If I could give negative stars I would, If you want an attorney that works out of a briefcase and fumbling through papers trying to find what he is looking for the day of court, not ready for your case? this is your guy. Absolute scam this guy. Doesn’t know the law. Had to hire an attorney out of Atlanta to clean his mess up. He let opposition file a document 24hrs before court, there was no way to be prepared and the law states you have 30 days to get prepared.
