I had a great experience with this clinic. My 10 year old Lab Otis was attacked by an unknown assailant. His throat was ripped open in several spots and his collar was yanked off. I called my Vet clinic and they would not see hm as they were double booked already. I tried 3 other places with the same result. Raintree was also heavily booked but asked for photos, the only place to do so. They got him in within 2 days to give hm the care and meds he needed.
