Very clean and secure. Location is not super convenient to get to but that does add into security.
Got a great online discount for first month...only $29 for a 10x10! Even though it's not climate controlled, there's no other storage facility that compares to Raintree. Management staff are awesome, friendly and professional!
The units are clean and they are in a safe area. My only issue is they are overpriced.
