Raintree Has a really good Energy to it! In the Past My Dog had Anxiety when going to the Vet but he’s been calm when he goes to Raintree ! Another Great Quality about Raintree is the Doctors are Amazingly Honest ! I thought my dog had an Ear infection turns out it was Allergies. I was Impressed They Didn’t start Creating Bogus Test & Unnecessary Charges like most Vet Facilities Do to make Money. I’m happy I Switched to Raintree

What a great team of professionals you have at Raintree Pet Resort. We adopted our dog from a rescue shelter & he tends to become aggressive with strangers. However, the staff at Raintree Pet Resort have such an amazing ability to work with our pup. They know how to relate to him & calm him. It's incredible. A special shout out to Taylor specifically, one of the care specialists, whom our dog adores. We feel secure kenneling our dog with Raintree Pet Resort when we leave town & need a safe place for him to stay. Thank you!
Everyone from the get go was very helpful, even tho they were super busy the whole time. The Dr gave me all the information I needed about my guinea pigs condition and what to do from here on out. Very informative and knowledgeable. I will tell all my friends with guinea pigs to take theirs here !
Everyone very friendly. You can feel the love for your pet. They have won us as clients.
We went on vacation for a long weekend over the Fourth of July and want to say we were a little apprehensive to leave our pup with them. But after seeing the posts of pictures of our pup playing we are grateful to the staff and would reccomend them to everybody we know with pets.

Amazing and friendly staff! Dr Duffy bonds with her clients by literally getting down on the floor with them, making them feel comfortable! And she literally has the knee patches on her pants to prove it! She is dedicated to making certain pets feel safe and loved visiting with her, as she knows the experience can be overwhelming to our fur babies
the place is clean and if there not to busy they will greet you and your pet when you walk in :)
We recently brought in our cinnamon green-cheeked conure, Potato, to see Dr. Savard for the first time and could not be happier with the service that we received. He was so good with handling her and very informative throughout the entire exam. The whole process from scheduling the appointment to paying for it was completely stress free! I highly recommend them for any bird owners!
