Disgusting we arrived at 12am as we are travelling to Cairns and the manager was so rude told me I never booked and I don't pay but I did was trying to rip us off and all we wanted to do was have a few hours sleep but nope got the money back and told us we weren't welcome after being accused of not paying
Thankyou Kurt,for your fantastic service last week,i had to go to hospital to have surgery,Kurt couldnt do enough to accommadate us,such a pleasure to have that service,room was spotless,bed linen lovely and fresh,will be back great job Kurt,thankyou.
People next door, obviously with issue had no respect, Ealing quite loudly and banging around at 4am
Absolutely lovely staff very kind manager an very welcoming to people who have a disability highly recommend this place if you can't find anywhere else to stay this is the nicest place I've been to and I wouldn't have it any other way absolutely 100% recommend raintree motel
