Reasonable rent, nice apartments: I toured many apartments in macomb and this was the best place at the most reasonable price. The land lord is very nice and will go out of his way to help you. The grounds are kept very clean and it is usually pretty quite out here at night. It is far enough from WIU that you dont feel like you are living there...Its perfect!UPDATE: I graduated WIU in May and it is now March of 2009...I have not received any of my deposit or my last months rent back to me...When I was up to date on my rent. ... read more
Bob is the owner. He and his family run the place and they are awesome! I would recommend them to everyone. The property is well maintained and the trailers are pretty great. I did not feel like I lived in one!
We, like many people, had the common preconceived notion of what a trailer/mobile home community is - however, upon inspecting a few of the units at Raintree, we were amazed. Each unit was wonderfully clean, contained nice (if not new!) appliances, decent sized rooms and plenty of indoor storage room.The community itself is very clean and well kept.
