I was at my at my tias house when we heard gun shots my cousin was in the room when they were fired turns out it was the next door neighbor who had shot at hers house. We had call the police and the police had put a order on him from coming near my tias house. We went to the office and had let them know, and we were told they would give them noticed to leave the the neighborhood since he lives right next to her. The neighborhood itself is nice, but the management leaves a lot to be desired. They frequently send out threatening emails over minor issues, and you’re constantly at risk of being fined—$150 just for not cutting your grass exactly when they want, for example. They also have the power to cut off your water, and any pushback is met with hostility. If you’re considering moving here, think twice—it might not be worth the stress.

Nice neighborhood except for the management. Management always threatens to charge you $150 if you don’t cut the grass when they want you and pretty much every single week you will receive a threatening email about absurd things but wait they can always cut the water and you can’t say anything cuz they will get mad. Think twice before moving to the place
