Went to view an apartment, paid an application fee, and was given a rental agreement. Passed a background check and financing and was preparing to move in. Suddenly, I was getting pressured to sign the lease 3 weeks before move in date and to Venmo money to an unverified account. This was a drive-through of the place I lived in from 1973- 1977. Malvern has changed a lot, Raintree, not so much. Still, it looks like a nice place to live.
