I am giving 5 stars specifically for Noel- the best vet tech I have had the pleasure of working with. I have had a lot of experience with vets and vet techs over the years. Noel is compassionate and patient with my dogs and explains everything in a way that is easy to understand without me feeling “talked down” to. He goes above and beyond to show that he cares. I trust him and Dr Bryan 100% with my pets.
Gave all our records—all current and up-to-date—to Raintree so we could board our dogs there. Raintree told us at the last minute they weren’t current and needed two vaccines. We had our trip planned and had to cancel everything. We went to other vet and they confirmed that yes, EVERYTHING WAS CURRENT. Do you want to go to a vet that will over charge you for everything, up charge you whenever possible, never actually get your pet feeling better, only treat the symptoms ensuring you have to return time and time again, put your pet on long term medication but require you to come in to pay their office fee before approving a medication refill, then THIS is the vet for you.
