Raintech is easy to work with. Absolutely love the changes Cole made to fix many water issues we were having in our yard. Cole listens and then works hard to find the right solution. I have used them a few times and will continue to do so. I Highly recommend Raintech.

I just had a Cole over to my house to help me with a sprinkler issue. He is fantastic! He is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and willing to take extra time to teach you about what he is doing so that you can make repairs on your own later. He came out and fixed leaking pipe problems in my valve box very quickly and then even provided me with help beyond the original reason that he came over (drip line system). The work was acceptable but the experience was negative. The expectation that the technician would charge $175/hr, plus an additional ‘service fee’, and retail-plus for parts was not the expectation that was set. Beware.
