We initially had a positive experience with Cole’s service—so much so that we even referred him to friends. However, that changed when issues arose, and he became avoidant and unprofessional. We hired him to install a drip system, replace parts in our sprinkler boxes, and install a new control box. 🚨 Totally untrustworthy! The owner (his name starts with a C) took my money and left without finishing the entire job. The owner quoted me up to $3000 for Spinkler and then sent me a random bill for an extra $1000. Unwillingly, but knowing I needed my yard done before the Winter, I paid the invoice to do right by him, (even though I was severely misquoted or, lied to) so he would come back to finished my install and as soon as I made his requested payment he said he wasn’t going to come back. Cole came out to service our system and I would recommend him to all friends and family. Very professional and I could tell he knew what he was talking about. He listened to all of our questions before responding and was very polite. Great customer service.

Cole quickly identifed the problem. He repaired the system and checked that it was working correctly. I recommend this company and person highly.
