Got my chimney and fireplace cleaned and the tech was courteous, quick, and knowledgeable. I would look into Raintech for other services in the future. My only small complaint was that they don't take credit cards, just cash or e-transfer.
Raintech was there for me when it counted - last Friday, there was a leaking pipe in our living room, and the extent of damage would have been much worse if it wasn't for the quick actions of their team. They were easy to work with and got the job done right for good value. Thank you!!
Definitely the best company to contact in case you need something urgent (but not only) done at your home. Great and fast service. Our hot water stopped working... 30 mins after the initial phonecall, Travis was on site, checking what's wrong. The water tank was replaced the following day, by Travis as well, within less than 2 hours. We had a great experience with the service, professionalism and quality of work done. I am a home owner that is not at all handy. I am thrilled to be able to access home services for the "little" things that are always in need of repair. I have had occasion to use Raintech Home Services to repair electrical problems and to clean the chimney. The services provided were exceptional.
