I had Rainstorm Solutions create & implement a drainage plan for my yard this week. Work was done as promised, the crew left things safe each day, & upon completion everything was left cleaned up & ready for any future NC rainstorm's! Bowie Caison is excellent at answering questions and sharing his suggestions for the best outcome. Thanks to the whole team.
Excellent service is hard to find, but I found it at Rainstorm Solutions. A service representative came to the site, took pictures and measurements and provided a written estimate. The work crew arrived, knew exactly what they were doing and did a great job. I would not hesitate to use their service again.
Rainstorm Solutions came out and installed a new semi circle driveway for me and it turned out amazing. The staff was friendly, respectful, and efficient. I would highly recommend this company.
First off they went to the wrong house and started digging. When they got to my house and started I took some pictures, since I was busy and couldn't be there for the project. Well they used a different drainage pipe, than what they quoted me at. So they came out again and had to rip up my yard again, and in the process cut my underground drainage for the gutter. Also the problem wasn't fixed. Please steer clear of this company.
Installed a French drain on the side of my house. The guys were great, professional and personable. The French drain is doing what it’s supposed to do by keeping that area dry and not wet and mushy anymore.
