I’m very disappointed. At the self-checkout, there was an option to get the unlimited membership at the same price as the premium wash. As I proceeded to pay, it only charged me for the premium wash without the membership. When I spoke with the associate, I was told I was out of luck and would have to pay for a second wash to take advantage of the deal. Used to be a member. Their automatic wash used to be great and good drying. Now when you’re done the front windows are spotted and hard to see out of when you drive into the sun. More spotted than when I drove in. Friends and family have also said their windows are spotted when they exit. Go back once in awhile to see if it has improved. Nope!
Vacuums weren't working and it didn't dry the vehicle very well!
