I like all the options on the turn dial And I like that you can take your time because there wasn't a time limit. I wish the dryer was bigger because it took a while to dry my dog, so we just ended up air drying him outside . It is pretty loud in there so if you have an anxious dog, just be aware of that. there's also just one tub so if Someone is there before you you'll have to wait

Absolutely unacceptable. I felt compelled to update this review after a shocking and deeply frustrating experience. Rain Storm's policy explicitly refuses to cover wiper damage—fine, I understand. Wipers are delicate, and if damage is common enough to warrant an exemption, so be it. But this wasn’t just a damaged blade. My vehicle, a mid-sized SUV with a rear wiper, entered the wash and exited with the entire wiper arm torn from the vehicle's housing. The car wash works well, but the vacuums suck, and I am not talking about sucking up the dirt, and trash in your car. They simply do not work as well as they should.

This place is horrible you pay a monthly fee but the vacuums barely work or don't work at all on 12-26 I asked the manager why vacuum don't work he replied on raining days the told me to only have a few vacuums on and I said even on dry days the vacuum don't work so if the problem can't be fixed i might have to look for another car was he said if you have you card I can cancel your membership now he wasn't concerned about losing busy i hope the corporate office starts looking into why they are loosing customers
