On March 21st at 5:11pm, my car was extensively damaged due to a brush breaking. The attendant stopped the wash and notified me that I had extreme damage to the front end of my car and she would be contacting her manager. I waited for the manager to arrive and a claim was done. I was not emailed the claim due to my email being put in wrong, and then I was told it was forwarded and I never received, so the manager took a small screen shot and sent it to my phone. So, I submitted a claim against this car wash and I am supposed to be contacted by someone. based on the reviews, I can already make a forecast in which their own investigation concluded that their car wash made no damage to my vehicle. let see, what happens. stay tuned.

This place is ridiculous. I've been a member for a long time. In fact, my husband is too. We are finding that we are wasting money monthly because this carwash never works. Either the whole thing is down for maintenance (a lot), or the vacuums don't work (all the time), or they just aren't open in the morning when they are supposed to be. I have been a fast pass customer for the last 6 months. While they have had no issues taking my money every month it is honestly harder to get ahold of them. My car was damaged this morning and I was told to call and talk to management. I am getting no where so I will be cancelling and I guess continue to call until I get ahold of someone.
It seems impossible to cancel fastpass!!!
They don’t clean their sponges so they leave small scratches all over your car. They don’t put wax even when it’s paid for. Their dryer is just not sufficient. If you cancel membership after 1 day, they would not refund membership charge. Very bad customer service. There is another car wash called wash club on Wabash. They are way better. They use much better equipment, no scratches and you drive out completely dry. Membership is also cheaper.
I’ve been a member for 3 years. At one point I even had 2 car memberships. I cancelled one of them in May and was supposed to have received a partial refund for that vehicle and never received it. June payment was like it should be, just for one vehicle. Now today, I am charged for an extra vehicle. After multiple phone calls and messages, I finally speak to someone who says I “should” get a refund in 5 days. If not, I’m supposed to call again. Damaged my new-to-me, previously pristine Outlander. AND led me on as if they would take care of damage. Horrible experience. Make sure you know the EXACT condition of your vehicle before and after.
