I use to always be happy here but there is no bug removal at the start. All the towels were wet today and the glass cleaner was horrible. I don't know what's going on but I was not happy.

Customer service here is a joke. I was signed up for a "$5" month of unlimited car washes and told "As long as you cancel before the month is up, you won't be charged" --- the 36$ debit on my account after cancelling at your facility and two ignored voicemails to your property proved that was a lie. Fast forward 2 months --- still zero refund, and now have been charged ANOTHER 36$ --- 72$ in carwashes AND NO RETURNED PHONE CALLS FROM THIS LOCATION MANAGEMENT.
The Mount Zion location is straight trash. I went today and one of the brushes wasn’t working at all and another never even touched my car. I had to go to 4 different vacuums to find one that had any suction at all and it was minimal. The hoses are all broken.
I’ve been to this car wash in the past and just visited again tonight. I paid for the most expensive 20 dollar car wash. The attendant didn’t “pre” spray my car, no cool light show like in the past and it didn’t get my car clean. I talked to the attendant and she showed me that the bug wash is something you have to put on yourself now BEFORE you pay for your wash. Super disappointed, has definitely went down hill since they opened. Will not return!
