Bugs have to be cleaned by yourself before entering in the carwash at bug cleaning solution they have put it there for self service where normal car wash they use bug spray on your car. It's inconvenience to pay for the carwash market price and not getting full service.
Got the whole package car wash & when done it looked worse than before I went through. The back window still had the windshield wiper mark and all the dirt. There was still dirt everywhere. Dont waste your money here.
$18 for a wash, soap residue all over my truck and running down my windows. And the tire polish got all over my mirrors and running boards. Terrible. Go elsewhere.
I paid $8 for the basic wash and the machines didn't even work! It literally just splatted soap on my car without even rinsing it off. The attendant just stared blankly, definitely not paid enough to care that the wash literally did not run. The "free" vacuums also had poor suction. Will not return.
This place sucked. We paid for the second best wash. Kid working made us wait 20 minutes cuz he didn't know how to get the system started. We get home only to find streaks of dirt all over the Bronco. What a complete rip off. Never ever going here again.
