Although my car did have some spots left over like some other reviews mention, the attendants were courteous and engaged. They helped me understand the process better and got me to sign up for a membership in the end from their kindness and willingness to help me. I’d recommend this location strictly based more on customer service and relations than just the outcome of the wash.
This car wash is terrible! After paying for the most expensive car wash, the car came out spotty with the brush marks all over the car and most of the dirt still on the car. After going back and showing the attendant, who stated the car was going to look spotless after I went through and showed him all the spots. He told me that I should just take a towel and Wipe off the dirt because the car wash won’t clean it if I went through it again. I’ve been a loyal customer to rainstorm since 2019. I came in today 11/7/25 and I can say today is the first day in over 3 years that people were standing at the terminal waving at me and greeting me. I had spoken to Dustin at the terminal and he helped me pick what wash I wanted and asked if I had wanted a membership. Im not in town very often as I live 40 minutes away but today was one of the best experiences I’ve had at rainstorm in a very long time. Looks like things are starting to look up from here. New manager is the best they’ve had yet. He is inviting, positive and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of our vehicle was clean. Had an issue where our Jeep wasn’t as clean as we’d like and he let us back through free of charge. Tremendous customer service and a great smile!
