Yay to Derrick the Assistant Manager at Prospect his customer service was amazing! He even offered to chance down my balloon that was blowing away!!!
I paid for the deluxe wash and it did not do a good job cleaning my car at all. The back still had dirt all around the license plate, and the back window had dirt streaks all over it that I had to hand wash off. It does a better job moving around dirt than cleaning it off.
basic wash does not clean car even in a basic way, lots of dirt left on my car that was easily able to be wiped off with a towel after, so there’s no reason the wash should have missed it.
Connecting with Keith, the GM was a delight. He was professional, helpful and solved my problem quickly. I would recommend this location of Ranstorm Car Wash for anyone looking to keep car clean in Champaign County.
