Listen. As long as you go into this carwash knowing something is not going to be working, you won't be disappointed. If all the brushes are working, you can bet the vacuums or dryers are not. If some of the brushes aren't working, you pray at least the dryers and/or vacuums are. On a good note, the staff has always been nice and helpful. I keep my membership because it is the cheapest option in town and there are no tip boxes....
They are the worst went to get a car wash my license plate came off they would not answer the phone even after I just left an was the only car there they have poor customer service long wait time even when no one is there just the worst car wash I’ve ever been to
I generally love the services at any of the stores, but the last few times I went to the store in downtown Bloomington was really bad. The prewash had no pressure and when I exited my car looked like the bird droppings had just been smeared around. Usually they wash off cleanly. I know how good the wash usually is, but if I was trying out this location for the first time I would never return. Car wash is good. I have had the monthly plan almost since they opened at Meier plaza in Normal. Problem is, I sold my car and have tried every possible way to cancel with no luck. I’ve gone in and was told a message would be given to boss and I would get confirmation next day. I’ve called 4 times and left a message on answering recorder to cancel with no response, and tried numerous times to cancel my membership on line with no success.
