Place has gone to the wayside. Vacuums don't work, dryer didn't work on last wash, most vacuum tubes are broken. Signs falling off the walls, very rude employees. Employees aren't empowered to fix issues for customers. (Not how you run a business) Go 3 more blocks to club carwash. Everything is the opposite there.
