So, I submitted a claim against this car wash and I am supposed to be contacted by someone. based on the reviews, I can already make a forecast in which their own investigation concluded that their car wash made no damage to my vehicle. let see, what happens. stay tuned.
This place is the biggest rip off...no one answers email or phone when trying to cancel an account. AVOID RAINSTORM. Terrible service in every single aspect. Much better car wash places in town!! HORRIBLE
The attendants frequently run cars within inches of each other. Go to another wash.
I had a nice experience till now but during my last car wash I got a scratch on my front and back side of my car's wheel cover. I submitted a damage form at Rainstorm and they totally declined that the damage happened during their car wash. That was really a bad customer experience and I personally feel uncomfortable taking my car again over there.
When are the dryers/wipe down rags going to be fixed at the end of the line? Have not worked for the past 2 months!��
This does not get your vehicle very clean. Half the time soap is still on the vehicle and half the you have to rerun it. But it is not worth it for the money. Also there machines bends your front license plates.
