Well unfortunately after many years of service they have such terrible customer service now that I will have to discontinue with their service. The receptionist telephone answering person was so rude!! Hung up on me after getting totally snippy. Called her out on it guess she didn’t like it and hung up. I have been in this home 1 yr We have a well. I started to smell iron and sulpher and residue on the basins. I called Superior Water Filtration LLC OJ was the gentleman who came to check the system He was amazing, tested the water first and then went to the well system! It was sending an error message due to power surge , he fixed the issue immediately . I can not say enough about this business and OJ Thank you the absolute best! Dorothy
We called superior water systems to get a quote for a water softener system (self diagnosed as having hard water). Mark came out to our home and did a complimentary water test to make sure we were solving for the right problem. He shared valuable information about what we were drinking and washing with and haloed us make the right decision for our needs. If you have city water and a pool. Test the chlorine coming out of sink like you do your pool. Would you drink your pool water. I will bet your city water is worse. Remove that chlorine and debris from your water and your skin, hair, clothes, dishes will be way cleaner and even your car. I have had mine for almost 8 years now and love it.
