I honestly don't think I could live without my water softener. The filter tank just gave out (after MANY more years than its expected life) and I was able to call RainSoft, immediately talk to an actual person (without sorting through countless menus), and make an appointment for the replacement just 2 days from my initial call. Robert F just came and changed out the filter tank. It took him about 30 minutes to complete the work. He was efficient and helpful. Thank you!
