RainSoft are scammers, working with home Depot, they promise you gift cards then never send them out, in exchange for them coming to your property and trying to sell you their products
So far the employees here have been very helpful and knowledgeable. The store address is now a hair salon so don't try to visit! One area they could improve is having more timely phone call returns. They rarely respond the same day, and never answer the phone.
