EXPENSIVE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. The installed when I wasn't home. a week later the rep came to check and it was not installed properly, of course by that time it was too late to cancel the $7000. investment I had made. it's been almost 2 years and they never bother to "fix" my order in which they messed up to begin with. Customer service is not helpful at all. DO NOT BUY RAINSOFT.
