EXPENSIVE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. The installed when I wasn't home. a week later the rep came to check and it was not installed properly, of course by that time it was too late to cancel the $7000. investment I had made. it's been almost 2 years and they never bother to "fix" my order in which they messed up to begin with. Customer service is not helpful at all. DO NOT BUY RAINSOFT.
This is a SCAM Company . Managers are having sex and doing drugs with employers . Their systems are 250 dollars and they sell them for twice that amount . they are a SCAM!
Doesn't ring doorbell, but leaves $40.00 bill!! – Had a scheduled repair appointment for today. Was told when I made the appointment 2 weeks ago that the tech would call in the morning to let me know when he would arrive. Not only did I receive no call, but when I went out to check the mail at 2:30pm, there was a bill for $40.00 stating I wasn't home at 1:00pm when tech arrived. I WAS HOME! Doorbell works.
