Waste of money and waste of time and u can NOT trust them at all full of lies and they absolutely will NOT honor their warranty
I am a customer of RainSoft for over a year now, Overall the water system is fine. But the customer service is beyond horrible. Was lied to by the sales guy and my service rep that I would get products like soaps, detergents and cleaners. All was a scam to get me to purchase the expensive system. I am a contractor and could've recommended this product to friends, family and clients. But I dont want to get embarrassed when they tell them the lies and scams to purchase the system.
