I caught one of their trucks and two gentlemen doing drugs in nw OKC. I confronted them and was pulled a pistol on me.
2 stars because they replaced the RO well. No higher because after 3 service calls back in March/April and $800+ later, air in lines after regeneration in water softener system never addressed (tech recommended that replacing the resin could correct the hardness and the air). Hardness in the water still remained - paid $600+ to change the resin based on tech’s recommendation. Employees are very helpful. The lady in the office made sure the service man knew exactly what I wanted so I didn't have to re-explain it to him when he arrived. Thanks
