Very upset with this company to say the least. We are first time homeowners with a softener system. We called Rainsoft and ask how much to get the system checked and put in salt. We were told that it's about $75 for all that plus having the water tested and a bags of salt filled in. When the tech came, he said our system doesn't work and so he only tested the water. He then asked us to pay $159. I told him that the lady did not mentioned anything about $159 service call. He then called his secretary and she said I should kno... read more
