Not the nicest group of people. Very demanding about payment. Work is par. But, find a better company than these guys. They don't deserve your business.
Do not believe any of the good reviews. If I could give rainsoft and HD water zero stars I would. And I am not one to say something negative about a company, would love to give everyone the benefit of the doubt. But this entire program is a scam that preys on people who don't know anything about the industry. I installed my Rainsoft EC4 system through Professional Water Services after being assured by the salesman that all replacement parts and maintenance materials would be free for life under their famous lifetime warranty. Unfortunately, that promise turned out to be false. During maintenance today, I was charged $194 for materials and an additional $109 for service labor. Very upset with this company to say the least. We are first time homeowners with a softener system. We called Rainsoft and ask how much to get the system checked and put in salt. We were told that it's about $75 for all that plus having the water tested and a bags of salt filled in. When the tech came, he said our system doesn't work and so he only tested the water.
