Andy came highly recommended by a friend who is very particular about everything. He came to my home this afternoon to give an estimate. He was punctual, professional, and he gave really good advice. It turns out my lawn didn't have the soil base it needs and that is why it is struggling so much . Someone with less integrity might have gone ahead and treated despite the deficiency and perhaps had short-term results if any. I have been working with Andy at Rainsaver now for a number of years - I have found him to be one of the most courteous and straightforward people to deal with. He has always been extremely easy to contact, reliable, prompt and above all professional - I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone!
This guy is rude and gets upset if you ask questions he doesn't like. Just had the owner come by to do an assessment of my lawn. I had some questions along the way and he seemed annoyed that I was questioning his process. The bill came out to $600 plus for the season. Including 5 visits at $50 a pop to put down fertilizer. I asked him if I could do that part myself as I can use a fertilizer spreader and have one. He then said "you know what forget it, I don't want to do business with you".
