We hired Marcus (Rains & Sons) to install sod and add french drains for our home. We liked the work in the beginning and decided to add additional work. Marcus stated he was busy and short handed so we would be delayed in the work. I understand things happen but I have not been able to get a return phone call for months. Charge $3200 to come level and sod my backyard. Did not do a good job as the yard is super unlevel with huge dips and mounds. The yard is less level now than when they initially started working. When I texted him to come back so I can express my concerns, he said he would come back and look at it in the morning and never showed up. Do not let these people put sod in your backyard.

This company is the best of the best for lawn care. If one needs to go on a waiting list to benefit from their services, it will be more than worth the wait. Nathan is the professional who did a great job for us again today. Every person who was come to take care of our yard in our nearly two year association with this company has been absolutely top notch. The "icing on the cake" is how kind and personable they are! The absolute best lawn care service in this location. Efficient quality work and very professional. Marcus, and his team, pays attention to the work you want done while exceeding your expectations. He cares about making his customers happy and gets the job done with very reasonable prices. He has a wonderful business with an even better team working behind him. Lawn care & maintenance, debris clean up, tree removal, they do it all. I couldn’t recommend this business more!

I contacted Rains and Sons and got a response quicker than I expected. My daughter and son in law had a baby and baby ended up the NICU. Marcus sent a couple of his guys out to cut grass within 2 hours of me contacting them. Thank you so much for your quick response and friendly staff! Much appreciated!
