I hate to post a poor review for anyone, but these folks messed up a plumbing problem, came out twice and failed to fix the problem. They charged a total of $235, failed to fix the issue and created a leak. It cost me $300 and a second plumber to fix the original problem and the leak that Rain's created. They argue and try to find a reason to NOT fix the problem instead of making the repair. They will no doubt deny responsibility again here.
